If I had anything to complain about it would be the time we spent purchasing the truck. I had hoped to be in and out of there in an hour or two. Ashley Centers wanted to be sure we were happy with our purchase. She was very thorough and made sure we took the time to review every detail of the sale. ...She made sure we knew she would back us up in any decision we made and introduced us to several people who would be helping her do that. Even though we financed our truck through our bank and turned down most of the amenities they offered she and her team still treated us with respect. It was a pleasant experience. I have had other dealings with Billion Auto Group, though I had not previously purchased a vehicle from them. The courtesy and professionalism impressed me enough to want to purchase this truck. I was not disappointed. Ashley even assisted me in returning the rental vehicle. She followed up with notes and emails to be sure I was satisfied with our deal. Thanks to her, we now own a very well kept 2014 Dodge Ram 1500. Thanks Ashley and thanks to your team. Show more

Just picked up our 3rd vehicle in 1.5 years from these guys and as always it was a pleasure. Very smooth, honest and easy to deal with for the entire process. Everyone goes out of the way to help and make it a great experience. Also, in the few times we have had to deal with the service side for oil... changes and a GM recall they have been great! I love my new Mazda. Hayden Denman was a delight to work with. Yes, he's my son... As his mom I was so proud to see him in his professional capacity. All the folks at JC Billion are always so helpful! I appreciate all involved at the Auto Body center who worked on my van recently. Everyone from the estimator, to the gals answering the phone, the oil change department and the follow up call...everyone is so friendly...makes having your vehicle wo...rked on that easier!!
