The new and improved Ram Power Wagon has received many changes and by the looks of it, designers hit a homerun. Not only does it look like a serious off-roader, but it also has a menacing new look that lets you know it’s a serious contender in the off-road truck segment. With its official release at the Chicago Auto Show, drivers can now see what it\u2019s going to offer them other than its stylish and sporty looks. 2017 Ram Power Wagon Engine Specs and Off-Road Capability<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Giving the new Ram Power Wagon it\u2019s incredible power and off-road capability is a 6.4-liter HEMI V8 engine that puts out 410 horsepower and 429 lb-ft of torque. All of that power is sent through a 66RFE six-speed automatic transmission to a highly capable four-wheel drive system that features standard front and rear electronic-locking differentials to deliver maximum traction. A unique front suspension system in the 2017 Ram Power Wagon will incorporate high moving joints and a sway-bar disconnect system to allow for more flexibility and axle articulation. A five-link coil suspension system in the rear will also help give it outstanding axle control. Other features include a 12,000 lbs. winch, hill-descent control, 33-inch Goodyear Wrangler DuraTrac tires, a 14.3 inch ground clearance, 30-inch water-fording capability and fuel tank skid plates to help you protect its undercarriage when off-roading.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n
