Basically, GMC designers were given free rein to build the wildest truck they could think of with the sole purpose of tackling winter off-road driving. The 2018 GMC Sierra 2500HD gave the team a strong platform to start with. Under the hood, the All Mountain concept truck sports the turbocharged, 6.6-liter, Duramax diesel engine which is attached to the Allison six-speed automatic transmission. The powertrain is capable of making 445 horsepower and 910 pound-feet of torque.
