What can I do with\u00a0myGMC\u00a0Mobile App?<\/h3>\n

GMC crossover SUVs and pickup trucks were among the first vehicles in the global automotive industry to recognize and harness the power of smartphones. The\u00a0myGMC\u00a0Mobile App is available for Apple- and Android-based smartphones. After downloading the app and going through the easy-to-follow registration process, owners can have a shocking level of control of their vehicle\u00a0as long as\u00a0they can get a signal. Locking and unlocking doors, turning headlights on and off and setting parking reminders are just the beginning of what can be done with a few presses of a few buttons in the\u00a0myGMC\u00a0Mobile App.<\/p>\n

Additionally, the\u00a0myGMC\u00a0Mobile App is ready to help owners keep their vehicles running. Owners will be able to view vehicle diagnostic information and schedule a service appointment right from the application.<\/p><\/div>\n

What is the GMC SHOP app?<\/h3>\n

Since all versions of GMC trucks and SUVs come with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility, GMC has done the work of curating a set of applications that are built specifically to work with a GMC vehicle’s infotainment system.<\/p>\n

By pressing the GMC SHOP icon on the touchscreen, owners will be brought to a menu of available applications that will help solve several issues including weather forecasting, traffic monitoring and others.<\/p>\n

How do I download GMC apps<\/h4>\n

In order to\u00a0be able to download the various applications contained within the GMC SHOP,\u00a0your\u00a0vehicle will have to be connected to a Wi-Fi\u00a0source. This can be the Wi-fi signal at home or work. Or if you have activated the onboard Wi-Fi hotspot offered on all GMC vehicle, you can use that as well.<\/p><\/div>\n
