Had my oil changed on Saturday morning, nice time to be there, it's not busy and the dealership area is quiet, too. The work was done fast and well done. I really appreciated the manager on duty that day. I had some service-type questions about my new jeep and he was well informed and gave me grea...t information. I only gave it an 'overall' rating of 4 stars because I was surprised, and a little bummed, that the 'quick clean' done at the quick lubes isn't done here. (windows, dash, vac). That would be a nice touch. Show more

The salesman was very nice and easy to work with but the sales manager was rude and unpleasant. Due the the fact that they matched Dave Smith's price, I stayed and finished the deal.

I have purchased a couple vehicles from Billion. My experience recently 7/2015 was very positive with a business vehicle purchase. Our subsequent quick stop oil changes have been lightning fast. Their waiting areas are very comfortable and relaxing. In the winter of 2015 I returned to purchase a tru...ck and wasn't feeling any Black Friday love. The salesman didn't seem overly concerned about finding me a vehicle that wowed me. I went down the road and did find that wow factor, so that was an area that could have improved for me. We also had a service failure on the new business van and warranty was not covered because they said there was evidence of rodent damage. $450 cost. Six weeks later, the same occurrence and never has this happened with any of our other 7 vehicles. The service manager was very awesome about doing a 1 time repair and gave me suggestions on how to possibly prevent again in the future and since nothing has reoccurred. I would purchase from them again in the future. Show more
