There are two available powertrains to choose from with the 2019 GMC Acadia. The standard set up is a naturally aspirated 2.5-liter, four-cylinder engine that will make 193 horsepower and 188 pound-feet of torque. A 310-horsepower, 3.6-liter, V-6 engine is also available. Both use a six-speed automatic transmission.
The 2019 Acadia has one of the largest interiors in its class. When properly configured with all available rows of seats folded down, there can be up to 79 cubic-feet of cargo volume to use. Additionally, the automaker offers several different ways for owners to secure that cargo with several attachment hooks.
In addition to the high-speed internet connection, the 2019 GMC Acadia is also compatible with apps for Apple- and Android-based smartphones. Independent reviews were quick to praise the new Acadia for having an easy-to-use infotainment system that is very easy to connect to other compatible devices through a USB cord or wirelessly.
