Very happy with vehicle choices and KNOWLEDGE of salesman, Dain Kovash. He bent over backwards to make our buying experience fast and easy but also LISTENED to what we wanted. He was very accommodating and honest. The vehicle is a well-put together package and was reasonably priced. And we got even ...a better deal with Dain in which we're very pleased about. Show more

Billion Auto is AMAZING! We drove 5 hours to buy our new Nissan NV and they went over and above for us! We will never buy a car anywhere else! Thank you Billion Auto for everything you did for us, we truly felt like family when we were there.

If I had anything to complain about it would be the time we spent purchasing the truck. I had hoped to be in and out of there in an hour or two. Ashley Centers wanted to be sure we were happy with our purchase. She was very thorough and made sure we took the time to review every detail of the sale. ...She made sure we knew she would back us up in any decision we made and introduced us to several people who would be helping her do that. Even though we financed our truck through our bank and turned down most of the amenities they offered she and her team still treated us with respect. It was a pleasant experience. I have had other dealings with Billion Auto Group, though I had not previously purchased a vehicle from them. The courtesy and professionalism impressed me enough to want to purchase this truck. I was not disappointed. Ashley even assisted me in returning the rental vehicle. She followed up with notes and emails to be sure I was satisfied with our deal. I love my new Mazda. Hayden Denman was a delight to work with. Yes, he's my son... As his mom I was so proud to see him in his professional capacity.
